Well-appointed and great-sized rooms, attentive employees with the receptionist organising our horse-back riding and hire car excursions. Down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, comfy bed. Incredible, stunning location really close to other outdoor activities, Bariloche in the foothills of the Andes and good restaurants.

I had an incredible time at this hotel! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and the lake right outside my window. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The spa and wellness center were the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a variety of treatments available. this place provided the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The location alone is worth the visit, and the service and amenities are top-notch.

Very nice room with a jacusi and a superb view over the lake. Quality of breakfast products, great indoor/outdoor pool (they normaly close at 10.00 PM but they left us staying till 11.00 enjoying the sight of the moon over the lake from the warm water, wich was very nice). Very kind english speaking staff with genuine willingness to help.
Some small details missed out that makes the place missing 100 % satisfaction: real bad paint job in the room (wall colors on stones, wood etc..) missing an ironing board, minibar without any glasses in the room, only 1 kind of very thick pilows that made us all 3 sleeping not so well, poor noise insulation through entry door making every corridor noise clear and loud in the room. All this may seem picky but for 500 USD a night I start to be picky!

The hotel was very modern and comfortable. The views from the rooms definitely had the "wow" factor. After spending 4 nights in a tent the hotel was very welcoming.
The rooms were very hot, and it lacked atmosphere. Sauna and steam room should be operated by guests not have to be requested to be operated by staff.

I was blown away by the breathtaking views at Sol Arrayan Hotel & Spa. From my room and the restaurant, I could see the stunning lake and surrounding nature. The hotel provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The pool with its scenic lake view was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the personnel were friendly and informative. I also enjoyed the various public areas in the hotel to relax and unwind. The chilled music playing throughout was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and our room was spacious, clean, and tucked away in a peaceful area. The location offered stunning views from every corner, and the staff treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of options to choose from.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The view from the hotel is jaw-dropping and the pool area is super cool. We got a free upgrade to a huge and clean room, and the parking is spacious. The staff here is amazing, always ready to help. Breakfast is surprisingly good too. You won't need to leave the hotel, it has everything: Wi-Fi, free parking, bar/lounge, restaurant, picnic area. No pets allowed and no smoking on site. I highly recommend this place for an incredibly pleasant stay!

This mountaintop hotel boasts stunning views of the lake, and its location on the slopes of Cerro Bayo provides easy access to skiing. the hotel offers a decent restaurant and is surrounded by an overgrown garden for added ambiance. Rooms are clean and a good size, with nice bathrooms and great views of the mountains.
The wifi service can be spotty at times.
